The Pride Alliance at the University of Rochester is an Employee Resource Group dedicated to creating and sustaining a positive work environment that values and supports all individuals regardless of sexual orientation or gender expression.<\/p>\n
Pride Alliance is open to all University of Rochester employees. While the group centers the experiences and perspectives of LGBTQI+ faculty, staff, and employees, we warmly welcome and encourage participation from colleagues of all backgrounds, including those who do not identify as part of the LGBTQI+ community. Your presence, support, and engagement foster meaningful dialogue and help cultivate a workplace rooted in respect and understanding. By showing a commitment to learning and mutual respect, you contribute to making our University stronger and ever better.<\/p>\n
