RSRB fees are dependent on funding sources and whether the RSRB will act as the <a href=\"#reviewing\">Reviewing IRB<\/a> or <a href=\"#relying\">Relying Institution<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On rare occasions, the RSRB may waive these fees, but this is considered on a study-by-study basis. To request a waiver, the PI must submit a written request to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/ohsp\/contact\/\">RSRB (IRB) Director<\/a> with justification for waiving the fees.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The costs associated with Research Subjects Review Board (RSRB) review must be factored into study budgets during the budget development process.
