Reporting Concerns or Complaints<\/strong><\/h2>","content":"Your feedback about participating in human subject research is important to us. You are encouraged to express any concerns or complaints regarding involvement in a research study. You may prefer to speak directly to the investigator or members of the study staff. However, if you are unable to contact the investigator or would prefer to report the complaint to OHSP, you may do so.\r\n\r\nWhen reporting a concern or complaint to OHSP, please contact the office as soon as possible. You may report your concern or complaint by calling our office, sending an e-mail, or sending a letter by U.S. mail. Click IRB report of new information<\/h2>","content":"If you are a University of Rochester study team member (faculty, staff or student with access to the Click IRB system), issues, concerns or complaints related to a research study or the conduct of research should be reported via a Report of New Information (RNI) in the Click IRB system.
