{"id":8172,"date":"2024-12-16T14:48:59","date_gmt":"2024-12-16T14:48:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/payroll\/?page_id=8172"},"modified":"2026-01-27T14:24:14","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T14:24:14","slug":"2024-w-2-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/payroll\/2024-w-2-information\/","title":{"rendered":"2025 W-2 Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>2025 W-2 Forms (Wage and Tax Statements) Now Available Online<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Your <strong>2025 W-2 Form (Wage and Tax Statement)<\/strong> is now available online through <strong>myURHR. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To view or print your W-2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to <strong>Workday<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Benefits &amp; Pay Hub Overview<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>My Tax Documents<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Employees who did not consent to electronic delivery of their W-2 will receive a paper copy by mail on <strong>January 31, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New <\/strong>this year: W-2 Forms include an additional field in Box 14 for certain overtime reporting. For further information, please visit the Payroll webpage at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/payroll\/news-and-announcements\/\">News and Announcements | Payroll<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you require the Payroll Office to reproduce your W-2, please complete the <strong>Duplicate W-2 Request Form<\/strong> available on the Payroll website:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/payroll\/payroll-forms\/\">Payroll Forms | Payroll<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Payroll Office will begin processing duplicate W-2 requests on <strong>February 15, 2026<\/strong>. Requests are processed within <strong>three (3) business days<\/strong>; please allow additional time for mailing.
