1991
Susi Rubinowitz sends a
photo from her marriage to Scott Andrew Sur on March 17, 2007, in
Las Vegas. Her brother, David
Rubinowitz ’89, gave a reading during the ceremony.
Her sister, Ami Rubinowitz Israel
’90, was matron of honor, and sisters Emili Rubinowitz Gross ’94 and Wendi Rubinowitz ’95N were bridesmaids.
Susi and Scott live in Manhattan, where Susi is a senior
underwriter for Morgan Stanley. Scott is director of the New York
office of Leo Paper, a printing company based in Hong Kong.
1992
Livia Quan Aber writes
that she and her husband, Alex, welcomed daughter Natalie on May
10, 2007. Natalie joins 3-year-old brother Jude. Livia and Alex are
both attorneys practicing in Boston. They live in West Newton,
Mass. . . . Karin Butler writes that
she married Jeff Reed in Seattle on February 20, 2005. Karin met
Jeff while working at Seattle Center, a sports and entertainment
complex, where Karin is manager of facility sales and Jeff is an
event manager.

Goodall-Peacock writes that she and her husband, Wesley,
welcomed their first child, Joash William, on April 2, 2007. Daphne
is a middle-school teacher at the North Carolina School for the
Deaf. Before moving to North Carolina in 2003, she taught at
Gallaudet University’s English Language Institute.
1995
Frank ’95 and
Suzanne Alley Franzino send a photo
of their children: daughter, Alexandra (Allie), 5, and son Theodore
(Teddy), 2. The family lives in Pennington, N.J.. Sue is the
associate director of research for Princeton University’s
development office. Frank received his M.B.A. from St.
Joseph’s University in August 2006 and is a research director
for GfK Market Measures in Princeton. . . . Tim Harrnacker sends an update: He has lived in
York, England, since marrying his wife, Katharyne, nearly eight
years ago. They have two children, Autumn and Midnight. Tim works
as a technical support engineer for Sarian Systems.
1996
Dan Dardani sends a photo
from his wedding to Kristen Leigh Weaver on September 17, 2005, in
Montecito, Calif. The couple lives in Boston. Daniel is a
technology licensing associate officer at MIT, where he helps
protect and license inventions and technologies to public and
private businesses. Daniel writes, “Evenings, I help teach an
intellectual property survey course at Harvard University, where I
am also finishing a master’s degree in the history of
science. Somehow I still find time to keep in close contact with
many Rochester alumni, many of whom live in the Boston area.
Lastly, if my count is correct, I have made it to eight of the past
10 reunions since my graduation and show no signs of slowing

1997
Mark Drapeau writes that
he published an op-ed in the April 22, 2007, issue of the
Washington Times entitled “Climate of Subtle
Conflict.” It discusses climate change, international
security, and defense policy, and was coauthored with Bryan K.
Mignone of the Brookings Institution. Mark is an American
Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Science and
Technology Policy Fellow at the Center for Technology and National
Security Policy in Washington, D.C. . . . Carrie Rosen and Alex
Helderman ’96 send a photo to announce the birth of
their son, Jacob Parker, born on August 11, 2006. Jake is also the
grandson of Hal ’67 and
Phyllis Koppel Helderman ’67.
Carrie, Alex, and Jake live in Philadelphia, where Carrie and Alex
are both attorneys. At her law firm of Cozen O’Connor, Carrie
was elected last spring to membership in the firm.
1998
Rebecca Grant writes to
announce that she and her husband, Mark
Osorio ’99 S (MBA), have changed their last names to
Lederman. They also have both changed their middle names to reflect
their original last names (the ones they had while at the
University), so they are now Rebecca Grant Lederman and Mark Osorio
Lederman. They welcomed their first child, Maya Elyse, on January
30, 2007. The family lives in West Orange, N.J., where Mark is a
product manager for Virgin Mobile and Rebecca is a product manager
for Citi. . . . Jack and Nancy Mychalak Walsh send a photo of their first
child, daughter Jamie Lynn, born on July 10, 2006. Nancy is a
resident in OB/GYN at Case Western’s MetroHealth/Cleveland
Clinic Foundation program. Jack does regulatory consulting for
investment firms.
