Five business leaders and entrepreneurs have joined the
University’s Board of Trustees.

Mark Ain ’67S (MBA)
is the founder and executive chairman of Kronos Inc., a software
company that is one of the nation’s leaders in helping
organizations manage their workforce. Ain, who served as CEO and
chairman of the company from 1977 until 2005, earned his
undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology.
Arunas Chesonis
’91S (MBA), ’04 (Honorary) is the chairman and CEO of
PAETEC Holding Corp., one of the fastest growing telecommunications
companies in the country. Chesonis cofounded PAETEC Communications
in 1998 in the Rochester suburb of Fairport. The company merged
with US LEC Corp. in 2007 to become PAETEC Holding.
David Flaum is the
founder and CEO of Flaum Management Co., a real estate development
company based in Rochester. Flaum is a 1975 graduate of Syracuse
University.
R. Wayne LeChase is a
managing partner and former CEO of LeChase Construction Services, a
Rochester construction firm that is one of the largest in the
Northeast. A graduate of John Carroll University, he earned his law
degree from the University of Buffalo.
Nancy Lieberman ’77
is an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom in New
York City. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rochester, Lieberman earned
her law degree from the University of Chicago and a master’s
degree in law from New York University.
