What is Project Imagine?<\/h3>\r\nProvost Rob Clark has formed a committee called Project Imagine that includes faculty, staff, and students from across the institution. The committee has been charged with proposing at least ten \u201cbig and bold ideas\u201d by September 1 that could redefine the University.\r\n\r\nThe Project Imagine team is looking for any and all ideas that could help reimagine how the University operates, from changing University\u2019s organizational structure to altering the academic calendar to doing away with large lecture courses, and more.\r\n\r\nRead the news story on how Project Imagine began.\u00a0<\/a>\r\n

Guiding principles<\/h3>\r\nThe Project Imagine team commits to demonstrating these principles throughout the project:\r\n

  1. An openness to big and bold ideas<\/strong>\u00a0that challenge our assumptions of what\u2019s possible.<\/li>\r\n \t
  2. An egalitarian approach to idea generation<\/strong>\u00a0that places no voice or opinion above another.<\/li>\r\n \t
  3. A transparent and inclusive process<\/strong>\u00a0that gives everyone an opportunity to contribute.<\/li>\r\n \t
  4.
