Faculty Affairs Officers (FAOs) will initiate the process, enabling faculty members to access the system, complete their reports, and submit for review.<\/p>\n<p>This change provides several benefits for faculty, including the ability to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter activities year-round rather than only once per year<\/li>\n<li>Customize workflows\/approvals by school<\/li>\n<li>Create and customize CVs, which can be used for applying for grants\/awards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, most books, articles, and publications that faculty members have produced can be pulled into the system. UR Faculty is also integrated with other systems, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UR Student (for course information)<\/li>\n<li>Helio Campus (for evaluations)<\/li>\n<li>IORA (for grants)<\/li>\n<li>Data Warehouse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Training and Support Resources<\/h3>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/provost\/ur-faculty\/annual-activity-report-user-guides\/\">comprehensive user guide<\/a>, MyPath courses, and training videos are available for both FAOs and faculty members.
