White Report Oversight Committee
The University Board of Trustees in mid-February approved the creation of an ad hoc White Report Oversight Committee to offer guidance on structural and cultural transformation initiatives.

Meeting Schedule and Term
The committee met on March 2 and plans to meet regularly. The initial term for the committee will run through December 2019, although it could be dissolved earlier or extended with support from the Board chair and Board.
The Committee’s Charge
The White Report Oversight Committee is charged with proving Board oversight of the White Report policy and functional recommendations as well as offering guidance on structural and cultural transformation initiatives.
The committee will:
- Regularly review progress on implementation of the White Report policy and functional recommendations.
- Review new, updated, and completed policy and functional recommendations before seeking Executive Committee or full Board approvals.
- Serve as an advisory body to the President for activities related to structural and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Assess and report to the Board on implementation progress from the White Report recommendations.
