Primary Care Physicians are board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics. University Health Service provides a team-based approach to patient care and treatment called the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/uhs\/primary-care\/about-us\/uhs-patient-centered-medical-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Patient-Centered Medical Home<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Each primary care physician is a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/uhs\/primary-care\/providers\/teams\/#yellowteam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yellow Team<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/uhs\/primary-care\/providers\/teams\/#blueteam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blue Team<\/a>. As a member of the team, the physician works in collaboration with the other members of the team to provide you with comprehensive, coordinated, and accessible health care services.<\/p>\n<p>Call <a href=\"tel:5852752662\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(<strong>585) 275-2662<\/strong><\/a> to schedule an appointment at the University Health Service.
