If you have a concern that you&#8217;d like to share with the UHS Leadership Team, or would like to recognize a provider or staff member for their outstanding work, please reach out!<\/p>\n<p>We offer multiple ways for you to share your feedback with us:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comment Box<\/strong> &#8211; For quick notes of praise or concern, leave us a note in our comment box found in the vestibule of the UHS building. This box is checked weekly and notes are shared with the UHS Leadership Team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Patient Advocate<\/strong> &#8211; If you have a concern and don\u2019t feel comfortable sharing it with your health care provider, the Patient Advocate may be able to help.
