How to Download Your Immunization Record<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Please navigate to https:\/\/uhsconnect.ur.rochester.edu\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Students who have not previously registered for UHSConnect should click \u201cRegister\u201d and enter their student ID number in the space for the UHSConnect ID and use their UR email address in all lowercase<\/u>. Please also make sure your answer to the security question is longer than 6 characters. You will receive an email containing a link to set your password.\u00a0 The link is valid for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

Students who have previously registered for UHSConnect should continue to use the same UHSConnect ID number and email address to login.<\/p>\n

Please contact hhf@uhs.rochester.edu<\/a> with any issues regarding registration for UHSConnect.<\/p>\n

  1. Log into UHSConnect (https:\/\/uhsconnect.ur.rochester.edu\/<\/a>)<\/li>\n
  2. If you have trouble logging into UHSConnect, please email HHF@uhs.rochester.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click My Profile<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Click Immun. History<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Your immunization history should automatically download.<\/li>\n
  6. Click on the download and you should be able to view, save, etc. your history.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How to Upload a Document to UHSConnect<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    4. Click Document Upload<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. Click on the downward arrow under Document Type <\/em><\/strong>and select the document that you wish to upload. \"\"<\/li>\n
    6. Click\u00a0Browse\u00a0<\/strong>and find your document<\/li>\n
    7. Click\u00a0Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    8. You will get a pop-up window that displays\u00a0Upload Complete<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    9. Click\u00a0Close<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    10. Log off of UHSConnect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How to Use Secure Messaging<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      UHS patients who would like to communicate with their University Health Service and University Counseling Center health care providers must do so via UHSConnect, a secure messaging service. You can use UHSConnect to send messages to your UHS\/UCC provider(s) and to receive messages, lab, and other test results. All information communicated via UHSConnect is secure, confidential and becomes a part of your UHS\/UCC electronic health record.<\/p>\n

      If you have already registered, go to\u00a0https:\/\/UHSConnect.ur.rochester.edu\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>to login or to reset your password. You will receive an email message any time a UHS or UCC provider sends you a secure message through UHSConnect.<\/p>\n

      UHSConnect must\u00a0NOT<\/u>\u00a0be used for urgent or life-threatening concerns.<\/strong>
