Abortion access is available for New York state residents and for those coming from outside of New York State. You can get an abortion up to and including 24 weeks of pregnancy.\u202fAfter 24 weeks, you can still get an abortion if your health or pregnancy is at risk.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">While we do not offer abortion procedures directly in our UHS Primary Care office, your Primary Care Provider (PCP) can help support you during this time.
