Both documents are now available on the <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/grants-policy-and-compliance-team\/#Regulations\">NASA Grants Policy and Compliance website<\/a> under the \u201cRegulations, Guidance, and Forms\u201d section.\r\n\r\nAccording to the <strong>Jan. 23, 2025<\/strong> <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/nasa-global-contactor-and-grantee-community-memorandum-1-23-25-3.pdf?emrc=635830#:~:text=Page%202,their%20contract%20or%20grant%20award.\">Memorandum for NASA Contractor and Grantee Community regarding Initial Guidance Regarding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility (DEIA) Executive Orders<\/a>:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>All diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) activities required of their contracts or grants should cease and desist immediately. This work may include but is not limited to: DEIA plan requirement, training, reporting, considerations for staffing, or other direct or indirect contract or grant activity.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Stop-work orders or terminations may be issued for specific projects to stop all or any part of the DEIA-related activity.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\r\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">All contractors and grantees should notify their contracting officer or grant officer if they identify requirements within their contracts or grants that are in violation this guidance.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Guidance for faculty<\/h3>\r\nHave questions?
