The University of Rochester is committed to educating and supporting members of our research community to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards of research.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-triangle\"><\/i> All Principal Investigators (PIs), faculty, students, postdocs, and staff engaged in research are required to comply with funding agency requirements for RCR training.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Science Foundation (NSF) have specific requirements for training in the Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR).
