A draft dashboard, where we identified a few metrics we are planning to monitor to measure our progress, has also been included.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row gap=&#8221;35&#8243;][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Year 1 achievements made towards each strategic goal:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_tta_accordion active_section=&#8221;0&#8243; no_fill=&#8221;true&#8221; collapsible_all=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;GOAL #1a \u2013 Increase the number of successful transformative LiDA initiatives, with a focus on providing support to specific innovative uses of technology for teaching and learning&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1568056153197-a1bc6e39-3f92&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>1.\u00a0 UR Online Learning<\/strong> <em>(Strategic Initiative B)<\/em>: The LiDA Center made the following contributions to growing and improving\u00a0online learning opportunities at the UR:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuing to support the <strong>growth of Warner online offerings<\/strong><em> \u2013 <\/em>an initiative that has increased access to Warner courses to students with time and distance constraints, while maintaining their high quality.<em>(See increase in\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/warner\/lida\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Sept-2019-summary-chart-of-Warner-online-courses-and-enrollments.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Warner online courses<\/em><\/a><em>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/warner\/lida\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Sept-2019-summary-chart-of-Warner-online-courses_enrollments.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Number of students taking Warner online courses<\/em><\/a><em>\u00a0since the Warner Online Initiative was launched in 2013, and in particular its continuous growth over the period covered by this report)<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Supported the <strong>redesign of several K-12 leadership courses<\/strong> from face-to-face to a hybrid-online format, as part of the launch of the new\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/warner\/lida\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Plan.Southern.Tier_.2017.06.26.final_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Southern Tier\u2019s low residency program preparing K-12 school leader<\/a><u>s<\/u><em> \u2013 <\/em>an initiative that opened up new opportunities for rural teachers in the Southern Tier interested in pursuing an administrative career. To date, 18 students have already enrolled in this program.<\/li>\n<li>Supported the <strong>UR College of Arts, Sciences and Engineering launch of its first online summer courses<\/strong> by providing training to all but one of those instructors through the special UR Faculty Course Sequence.<\/li>\n<li>Supported the creation of new online courses that will lead to a <strong>new online program in Public Health<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Committee On Online Learning (COOL)<\/strong>, chaired by LiDA Director Fredericksen (in his role as the UR Associate Vice-President for Online Learning) and comprising of representatives of all UR academic units, has continued to be a vehicle for conversations about online learning and teaching across the University.<\/li>\n<li>Contributed <strong>10 new courses\/professional development<\/strong> offerings for the University outside of Warner, as designed by students in EDE486.<\/li>\n<li>UR undergraduate students benefited from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/newscenter\/augmented-reality-chemical-plant-297792\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><em>integration of AR\/VR experiences in\u00a0undergraduate engineering courses<\/em><\/strong><\/a> designed by Warner faculty April Leuhmann in collaboration with the engineering faculty teaching those courses, as part of her Bridging Fellowship in Spring 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. K-12 Digital Consortium<\/strong> <em>(Strategic Initiative C): <\/em>LiDA Directors Borasi and Miller led the\u00a0<strong>\u201crebooting\u201d of the\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/k12digital.org\/about\/vision-and-mission\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>K-12 Digital Consortium<\/strong><\/a>\u2013 a collaboration between the LiDA Center and K-12 school districts in the Rochester region interested in transforming teaching practices by leveraging digital technology \u2013 \u00a0including in particular the following achievements during the time period covered by this report:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconstituted the Consortium Steering Committee, and gained its approval for the idea of \u201cincubating\u201d the Consortium within the LiDA Center.<\/li>\n<li>Developed clear expectations and processes for membership, documented on the new website.<\/li>\n<li>17 district\/BOCES members officially joined the Consortium, in addition to the original \u201cfounders\u201d\u00a0<em>(see\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/k12digital.org\/current-members\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">complete list of Consortium members to date<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Offered two key workshops, targeted mainly to members\u2019 leadership teams \u2013 as described in more details in Goal #1c.<\/li>\n<li>Re-designed the <a href=\"http:\/\/k12digital.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Consortium website<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Started a K-12 Digital Consortium Twitter account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Noyce Master Teacher Fellows (MTF) Digitally-Rich grant<\/strong><strong>project:<\/strong> This 5-year $3M grant from NSF, launched in collaboration with the Center for Professional Development and Education Reform in summer 2018, will prepare 20 math and science \u201cmaster teachers\u201d to provide leadership in 6 high-need districts engaging in technology innovations.\u00a0 Each MTF will complete an Advanced Certificate in Digitally-Rich Teaching in K-12 Schools\u00a0and an Advanced Certificate in\u00a0Teacher Leadership at Warner (for a minimum of 42\u00a0credits per MTF)\u00a0<em>(see\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/warner\/lida\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/UR-Noyce-MTF-Phase-III-DTL-Short-Description.2018.final_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">program description<\/a>).<em>\u00a0 <\/em>Major accomplishments in this first year of the grant included:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Initial investments to develop the leadership team.<\/li>\n<li>Participants\u2019 recruitment, which included an innovative \u201crecruiting workshop\u201d and resulted in securing 21 teacher-leaders-in-training, who have all started the program in Spring 2019.<\/li>\n<li>Redesigned in a hybrid-online format and offered in Spring 2019 the first STEM education course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. AccelerateU Online Learning Coordinators initiative: T<\/strong>he LiDA Center is supporting AccelerateU <em>(an organization within Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES that acts as a clearing house and support for online high school courses in the region)<\/em> in developing a cadre of \u201cOnline Learning Coordinators\u201d (OLCs) \u2013 an emerging new role within K-12 school districts, intended to support high school students taking online courses.\u00a0 Recognizing that many high school students taking online courses fail to complete them because they are not used to the independent and self-directed learning these courses require, AccelerateU secured a 3-year New York State Learning Technology Grant (NYS LTG) to support this initiative, and contracted with the LiDA Center to co-design and co-teach the professional development program.\u00a0 An initial 2-day training (purposefully including some online components) was offered to a total of 34 participants from over 20 different districts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Design of Warner \u201c<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/warner\/lida\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Warner.low_.residency.programs.for_.WHU_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>low residency programs<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u201d: <\/strong>LiDA Director Borasi tool a leadership role in identifying 5 Advanced Certificate, 15 Master\u2019s and 2 Ed.D. programs at Warner that could be completed by international students with minimum residency in Rochester. She also created <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/warner\/lida\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Warner.low_.residency.programs.for_.WHU_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><u>materials about each of these programs<\/u><\/em><\/a>\u00a0to be shared with Wuhan and Nanjing Universities in China as part of a May 2018 trip to China, organized to establish a formal collaboration between these universities and the University of Rochester.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;GOAL #1b. Professional development [PD] for K-12 teachers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As part of the already mentioned NYS Learning Technology Grant awarded to AccelerateU, LiDA Directors Borasi and Miller also designed a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/warner\/lida\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Blended.Learning.Workshop.descriptiongoals.2019.08.03.RB_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00bd day introductory workshop on blended teaching<\/a><u>.<\/u>\u00a0 This workshop will be offered multiple times during Summer and Fall 2019 as part of this grant, and we also aim to continue to offer it independently through BOCES once support from the original grant ends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Professional development [PD] for higher education [HE] instructors: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In his role as Associate Vice-President for Online Learning, Eric Fredericksen organized three public symposia in Fall 2018 (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/online-learning\/symposium\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fall Colloquia<\/a>for more information), as well as a series of workshops open to UR faculty in Spring 2019 (see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/online-learning\/faculty_support\/workshops\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Spring Workshop Series<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Noyce Digitally-Rich Scholarship grant <\/strong>project: This 5-year $1.2M grant from the National Science Foundation [NSF], which provides full scholarships to pre-service math and science teachers who also complete an Advanced Certificate in Digitally-Rich Teaching in K-12 Schools, was launched in Spring 2018 <em>(see\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/warner\/lida\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/UR-Noyce-Scholarship-Phase-III-DTL-Short-Description.public.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>brief description<\/em><\/a>). Major accomplishments in this first year included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 students were recruited for cohort 1 (and started their program in Summer 2018).<\/li>\n<li>4 students were recruited for cohort 2 (who will be starting in Summer 2019).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;GOAL #1c &#8211; Increase the number of successful and transformative LiDA initiatives \u2013 with a focus on influencing educational leader&#8217; decision-making about digitally-rich innovations&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1579010088658-4fa7301c-0678&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>1. East Irondequoit\u2019s Digital Conversion Case Study; <\/strong>The\u00a0East Irondequoit Central School District has been a pioneering in the Rochester region, since it started its journey towards digital conversion in 2012 under the leadership of Superintendent Susan Allen and Chief Information Officer Joe Sutorius. The LiDA Center has committed to conduct a case study of this experience, as a way to documents key decisions made, challenges encountered, and lessons learned that could benefit other districts embarking in similar 1:1 initiatives. During the time period covered by this report, the following accomplishments were achieved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We secured approval from East Irondequoit\u2019s leadership and RSRB for data collection.<\/li>\n<li>7 video interviews with key players were completed to date, with the goal of developing multi-media documents to be posted on the k12digital.org website as a way to document and disseminate this district\u2019s successful efforts in ways more accessible to and usable for practitioners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Study of AR\/VR use in undergraduate engineering courses;\u00a0 <\/strong>As part of her Spring 2019 Bridging Fellowship, April Luehmann has worked with colleagues in engineering, as well as Warner doctoral students, to collect and analyze data about how students engaged in the AR\/VR learning experiences in Bridging Fellowship they designed for a number of undergraduate chemical engineering courses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;GOAL #2B &#8211; Advance LiDA scholarship \u2013 with a focus on leveraging digital technologies to more effectively disseminate new knowledge&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1579010278708-a5b91547-6ae4&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>1. LiDA Center website<\/strong> <em>(part of Strategic Initiative A)<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designed the\u00a0<strong>LiDA Center website\u00a0<\/strong>to include a section intended to provide an introduction to practitioners and researchers about specific topics, based on research findings and lessons learned.<\/li>\n<li>Created a first example on the topic of \u201cOnline Teacher Identity\u201d, as an illustration and an invitation to other experts within the LiDA Community to do the same for other topics <em>(see <strong><u>Online Teacher Identity example <\/u><\/strong><u>\u2013 link to Online Teacher Identity page<\/u>)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. This included the 2018 fall Online learning Symposium series, the 2019 spring faculty workshops.<\/li>\n<li>April Luehmann was awarded a prestigious\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/provost\/faculty-development\/funding-opportunities\/bridging-fellowships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Bridging Fellowship\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>from the University of Rochester to spend Spring 2019 with the Hajim School of Engineering to collaborate on AR\/VR initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>14 LiDA Colloquia were organized in the 2018-19 academic year and advertised across the University of Rochester through @rochester (the UR daily e-newsletter).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Contributions to increasing the LiDA Center\u2019s visibility in the region:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LiDA Directors Borasi and Miller have played a very visible role in the\u00a0<strong>K-12 Digital Consortium<\/strong> (involving 17 school districts and three BOCES in the region).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Contributions to increasing the LiDA Center\u2019s visibility nationally and internationally: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LiDA Associate Director Eric Fredericksen has served as\u00a0the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.warner.rochester.edu\/newsevents\/story\/2087\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>2019 President of the Board of the Online Learning Consortium\u00a0<\/strong>(OLC)<\/a><u>,<\/u><em>\u00a0<\/em>the premiere professional organizations on online education. This recognition and honor draws unique attention to the Warner School at the University of Rochester and reflects on the national reputation of a key player in the LiDA Center.<\/li>\n<li>LiDA Associate Director Jayne Lammers was awarded a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.warner.rochester.edu\/newsevents\/story\/2368\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Fulbright U.S. Scholar grant to conduct research in Indonesia\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>on youth digital literacy practices (<em>to take place in Fall 2019) &#8212; <\/em>increasing the LiDA international visibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;GOAL #4.Create a vibrant and collaborative \u201cLiDA Community\u201d&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1568056305263-1ca37165-65cf&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>1. Growth in LiDA community members:<\/strong>Secured 22 new LiDA community members (in addition to 7 current staff members), after finalizing and making public decisions about LiDA Community expectations (as listed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/warner\/lida\/about\/the-lida-community\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LiDA Community<\/a> section of the Center website).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. LiDA website and communication plan<\/strong> <em>(Strategic Initiative A)<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designed and launched in May 2019 the LiDA Center website \u2013 including a <strong><em>Shared Resources<\/em><\/strong><em>-LINK <\/em>section created to provide the opportunity to LiDA community members to share information about their projects, work products, and valued resources.<\/li>\n<li>Started a K-12 Digital Consortium Twitter account, and linked that to the LiDA website until we have an active Twitter account more specific to the Center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. LiDA Center events<\/strong> <strong>organized:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Redesigned the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/warner\/lida\/programs\/lida-colloquium-series\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>LiDA Colloquium Series<\/strong><\/a>, and offered a total of 14 sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Held two \u201cZotero Working Sessions\u201d to introduce the Zotero software and have interested LiDA Community members work together to begin to contribute to a collaborative Zotero LiDA Bibliography.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Active LiDA Working Groups:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mastermind Groups: <\/strong>We decided to explore the practice, used by a number of successful entrepreneurs, of establishing a small peer group of individuals with a common interest, who commit to regular meetings to share experiences and provide input on each other\u2019s ideas). We successfully piloted a first\u00a0<em>Mastermind Group<\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>involving all LiDA Directors and three other Warner faculty in the LiDA Community, where everyone committed to meet every other week for 1.5 hours for the entire academic year.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Learning with XR <\/strong><em>(A.Luehmann; A.White from Chemical Engineering; several Warner RAs)<\/em><strong>:\u00a0 <\/strong>April Luehmann (Warner faculty and LiDA Community member) started this working group with Chemical Engineering faculty Andrew White and other UR faculty and students prior to the launch of the LiDA Center. , as they worked on an internal grant funded by the UR Provost Office to create a prototype device that would enable chemical engineering students to engage in AR\/VR learning experiences.\u00a0 With some financial support from the LiDA Center (covering for some RAs\u2019 hours) as well as a Bridging Fellowship awarded to Luehmann for Spring 2019, during the period covered by this report this Working Group has continued to design, implement and study AR\/VR learning experiences for UR undergraduate engineering students.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Machine Learning &amp; Scientific Inquiry <\/strong><em>(Z. Bai \u2013 Computer Science; R. Borasi; M. Daley; D. Miller; RA X.Wan)<\/em>: <em>\u00a0<\/em>Preliminary conversations with Zhen Bai, a UR faculty in Computer Science interested in applications of machine learning to education, let to the creation of this Working Group. \u00a0The Group initially focused on preparing a grant proposal for NSF STEM+C program (due May 2019), but decided to continue to work together even after this proposal was declined<em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. On-going active collaborations: <\/strong>The following existing collaborations were maintained and\/or expanded:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edutech.org\/resources\/accelerateu-online-learning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><u>AccelerateU <\/u><\/strong><\/a>(an organization within Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES that acts as a clearing house and support for online high school courses in the region):<\/em> (an organization within Wayne F BOCES):\u00a0 Prior to the official launch of the LiDA Center, AccelerateU included LiDA Director Miller as a key professional development provider in a proposal for a NYS Learning Technology Grant.\u00a0 This grant was awarded in early 2019, and at that point AccelerateU asked the LiDA Center to provide a few additional services besides the ones originally planned in the proposal (increasing the contract for year 1 to $67,000).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. New collaborations: <\/strong>New collaborations were explored with the following individuals\/groups:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/zhenbai.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><em>Zhen Bai<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, UR faculty in the Computer Science Department, reached out to the LiDA Center looking for collaborators in projects involving the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning to education. This led to the creation of the \u201cMachine Learning and Scientific Inquiry\u201d Working Group mentioned above.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dlaerhub.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><em>Gloria Jacobs<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, a Warner alumna who is now on the faculty of Portland State University(OR), reached out to the LiDA Center to explore possible collaborations around developing digital literacy for vulnerable populations as a way to increase their access to health care.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wordsmyth.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Wordsmyth<\/strong><\/a><u>:<\/u> Robert Parks, founder and CEO of Wordsmyth (an Ithaca-based ed-tech company that has produced, among other things, an online interactive dictionary), asked the LiDA Center to partner in a Small Business Innovation and Research (SBIR) grant proposal to the Department of Education. The proposed project involved some enhancements to make their online dictionary more easily accessible and useful to K-5 elementary teachers. Although the grant was not awarded, Wordsmyth decided to proceed anyway with implementing some of these enhancements.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.teachersconnect.online\/auth.php?location=%2Ffeed.php%3Fid%3D5d1b768119f2bd22ea643f50\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Teachers Connect<\/strong><\/a><strong><u>: <\/u><\/strong>LiDA Director Miller negotiated with <em>Teachers Connect<\/em> (an ed tech start-up company) to start a \u201cprivate\u201d online community for our Noyce MTF Digitally-Rich project, as well as an open\u00a0<em>\u201cK-12 Digital\u201d online community<\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>using their online platform<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/education.byu.edu\/directory\/view\/charles-graham\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Charles Graham <\/a><em>(Brigham Young University) <\/em>and <em>Jered Borup (George Washington University); co-authors of an e-book to prepare blended teachers)<\/em>: LiDA Director Miller initiated a couple of Zoom conversations with Dr. Graham and Dr. Boruyp to explore possible collaborations.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/new.assistments.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ASSISTments <\/a>project <em>(Worcester Polytechnic Institute; exploring ways to leverage digital technology to support assessment in K-12 schools)<\/em>: \u00a0LiDA Director Miller initiated a couple of Zoom conversations with Worcester faculty involved in this project. to explore possible collaborations.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.safesideprevention.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>SafeSide Prevention:\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Dr. Tony Pisani, a UR Medical Center faculty and founder and CEO of SafeSidePrevention (a UR spin-off to provide high quality training on suicide prevention), contacted the LiDA Center to seek advice and support in redesigning of their \u201cdistance\u201d professional developments programs on suicide prevention for youth services and health care professionals.\u00a0 This led to a first paid consultation in May 2019, followed by a small contract for the next year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;GOAL #5.
