University Farmers Market – Attend the Farmers Market, March – October, in the Flaum Atrium to purchase fresh, local foods, and try new, healthy recipes that you can make at home!

WW – An opportunity to participate in a structured weight loss program, either in the workplace, in the community or online, at a discounted rate.

Good Food Collective – A local food share program connecting U of R employees with fresh, local, sustainable foods.

Be in Balance – Recognize the healthy options at University cafes using the “Be in Balance” symbol, and get rewarded for your healthy choices.

Lifestyle & Condition Management Programs – Eligible individuals have the opportunity to participate in nutrition and weight management programs in both individual and group settings.
