Fitness Classes

Well-U offers a variety of FREE fitness classes; we're sure you can find one to fit your needs and schedule! Classes include the following:

  • CrossFit
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Zumba
  • Turbo Kick
  • Boot Camp

Classes are offered at different times to accommodate varying schedules. Additionally, classes range in length from 20minutes to 30 minutes to one hour. See the schedule below to register for classes.

Attendance Policy: Employees must attend 75% of all classes in any given 8-week session. For example, employees must attend 6 out of 8 classes that meet once per week. If you cannot attend a class, it is your responsibility to contact the instructor to inform them as well as an employee on the waitlist so someone can attend in your place. If you miss three or more classes, you will be moved to the end of the waitlist and someone from the waitlist will take your spot.

ATTENTION: Employee must bring their employee ID badge with them to their first class in order to participate. This allows instructors to verify employment and enrollment and track attendance.
