Six Named Academic All-Americans
Four seniors and one junior were selected Academic All-Americans by ESPN The Magazine for 2005. Middle-distance runner Chris Clark '05, football tackle Justin Galloway '05, and tennis player Avinash Reddy '05 were named First Team; Liz Loveless '05, setter for the volleyball team and cocaptain for the 2004-05 year, and soccer striker Nate Micklos '06 were named Second Team; and baseball second baseman Adam Braveman '05 was named Third Team. Selections for the teams are made by College Sports Information Directors of America.
