Some on-campus forums and listening sessions designed to solicit ideas, hear questions, and understand concerns from the community have already taken place, and more are planned through the early fall. With assistance from the University, Staff, and Student Advisory Committees, the TPSC has also prepared a survey to help guide the search efforts. The link below will take you to a brief survey that poses a few questions and also provides a space to submit free-form comments. The survey, which will remain open until mid-September, is anonymous. The results will be compiled and reviewed by the TPSC and our executive search firm, Spencer Stuart. The TPSC would appreciate your feedback at your earliest convenience. The role of the president is in many ways unique to the institution, and there’s no better way to understand what that role might entail at the University of Rochester than to hear from our community.
