Assistance to the DisabledBookstores Emergencies Information Centers Lost and Found Memorial Art Gallery Parking Shuttle Service Tickets and Senior Week Reservations Where to Eat ASSISTANCE TO THE DISABLED General Commencement Ceremony: Seating is available in a Reserved Area for guests with disabilities that prohibit them walking long distances or who may be hearing impaired. A drop-off area is provided at Meliora Parking Lot on campus and ushers will assist guests to the quad with golf carts as necessary. Accommodations, at the student's request, can be made for persons with disabilities by contacting the Conference and Events Office, (585) 275-4111 or by sending an e-mail . There is a limited amount of tickets available, students will need to respond by April to request reserved seating tickets. Eastman Theatre Commencement Ceremonies: Handicapped seating is available in the Eastman Theatre. Ushers will be on hand to direct people to the designated seating areas. Return to Top PARKING Parking for the Doctoral Degree Commencement: Parking for the Saturday Commencement for doctoral degrees is available at no charge in the East End Garage adjacent to Eastman Theatre on East Main Street. Parking for Eastman Theatre Diploma Ceremonies: Parking on Sunday will be available for a fee in several Allright Auto Parks in the area and at no charge at the East End Garage on East Main Street between Swan and Scio Streets. Eastman school of Music and School of Engineering and Applied Sciences graduates and their guests are encouraged to utilize these lots and take the University's free shuttle bus service to the River Campus. Parking for River Road Auditorium Diploma Ceremonies: Ample parking spaces will be available on Sunday in the River Road Lot (East River Road just south of Kendrick Road) and in Parking Area A at Kendrick and Lattimore Roads. For additional information on parking and the best routes to get to campus, please click Here SHUTTLE SERVICE Free Bus Service Sunday, May 15: Continuous service between the Eastman Student Living Center and the River Campus (Library Road entrance, Rush Rhees Library). Buses will run continuously from 7:15 a.m. to 6 p.m. Continuous service between Kendrick Lot A, the River Road Auditorium, Helen Wood Hall, Goler House, Towne House, Medical Center, Park Lot, Crittenden Lot 1, South Visitor Lot 3 and the River Campus (Library entrance, Rush Rhees Library). Commencement Participants should board a bus no later
than 7:55 a.m. to be on time for robing and assembly for the academic procession
on the Eastman Quadrangle, River Campus. Buses will be scheduled to return to
the Eastman School and the River Road Auditorium immediately following the College
Commencement ceremony. ABOUT TICKETS AND RESERVATIONS Tickets for Senior Week events will go on sale in April (date TBD) at the Common Market. Tickets for the College Commencement Brunch/Luncheon will be available from a designated cashier at the Pit in Wilson Commons. Commencement Luncheon tickets also will be available at the door. This Brunch/Luncheon will be held from 10:30 a.m. - 2p.m. in Danforth Dining Center. Tickets are $13.50/per adult and $6.75 for children 2-10 years old when purchased in advance. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door on May 15 for $15.50/per adult and $7.75 for children 2-10 years old.
