SENIOR WEEK TICKETS

All tickets for Senior Week events will go on sale at the beginning of May 2013. More information regarding Senior Week events and tickets sales will be posted as it becomes available.


ASSISTANCE TO THE DISABLED

College Commencement Ceremony: Limited seating is available in a Reserved Area for guests that require wheelchair access, or who may be hearing impaired. A drop off area is provided at the Meliora Parking Lot and golf carts will be available to bring guests to the Quad entrance. Students may request up to 3 tickets for this Reserved Area (one wheelchair guest with up to two accompanying guests) by contacting the Conference and Events Office at (585) 275-4111 or by sending an e-mail(The deadline to request tickets in the wheelchair access area is Friday, April 5.)

Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre Commencement Ceremonies: Handicapped seating is available in the theatre, ushers will be on hand to direct people to the designated seating areas.


PARKING

Parking for the Doctoral Degree Commencement and the Warner School Commencement: Parking for the Saturday Commencements for Doctoral Degrees and the Warner School is available for a fee in the East End Garage adjacent to Eastman Theatre on East Main Street.

Parking for Eastman Theatre Diploma Ceremonies: Parking on Sunday will be available for a fee in several Allright Auto Parks in the area and for a fee at the East End Garage on East Main Street between Swan and Scio Streets. Eastman school of Music and School of Engineering and Applied Sciences graduates and their guests are encouraged to utilize these lots and take the University's free shuttle bus service to the River Campus.

Parking for the College Commencement: Parking on Sunday will be in Park Lot and Crittenden Lot 1. Continuous shuttle service will be provided for all guests parking in these lots. Parking staff will be available in all lots to assist. Guests who need more assistance because of physical limitations or disabilities will be dropped off at the Meliora Lot with golf cart service to the Eastman Quadrangle. Handicapped parking will be available in the Library Lot.


SHUTTLE SERVICE

Free Bus Service Sunday, May 19: Continuous service between the Eastman Student Living Center, Eastman Theatre, and the River Campus (Library Road entrance, Rush Rhees Library). Buses will run continuously from 7:15 a.m. to 6 p.m. Continuous service between Helen Wood Hall, Goler House, Towne House, Medical Center, Flaum Atrium, Park Lot, Crittenden Lot 1, South Visitor Lot 3, and the River Campus (Library Road entrance, Rush Rhees Library). There will be two shuttle buses providing continuous service for students residing in the Riverview Apartments to campus on Sunday, May 19 from 7:00a.m. until noon.

Commencement Participants should board a bus no later than 7:55 a.m. to be on time for robing and assembly for the academic procession.

Buses will be scheduled to return to the Eastman School immediately following the College Commencement ceremony.


LIVE BROADCASTS

Several locations around campus will offer a live broadcast of the Sunday morning ceremony. Locations include: 101 Dewey Hall, Hoyt Auditorium, Hubbell Auditorium, the IT Center in Rush Rhees, Starbucks Lounge, and the first floor of Wilson Commons (adjacent to rooms 121 and 122).
