BUILDING THE FUTURE
EDUCATION, CLINICAL RESEARCH, AND CARE
EXCEPTIONAL FACILITIES FOR ORAL HEALTH
For more than 100 years, the Eastman Institute for Oral Health (EIOH) has made a significant impact around the
world in research and clinical training, and continues to proudly carry on George Eastman's legacy by helping the
underserved and people with special needs.
In order to provide the very best training environment for our residents and care environment for our patients, we are
renovating facilities on our main campus, in Strong Memorial Hospital, and in our Community Dentistry Clinic in
downtown Rochester. In many cases, our capacity to treat patients was surpassed 20 years ago. Our clinics were also
not built to provide access to our vulnerable
populations—a focal point of our care and
resident education today and in the future. This
includes care for the elderly—whether they live
at home or in a facility—low-income children
and adults, those with developmental disabilities,
and people with medically complex conditions,
such as cancer and various immune deficiencies.
With your investment—in naming opportunities
ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000—we will
redesign a variety of state-of-the-art clinical,
operatory, educational, and administrative
spaces. Join us in helping to build the Eastman
Institute for Oral Health of the future.
