Dashboard: Human Resources - Overtime
Purpose
The Overtime Dashboard is broken out into two tabs, Overtime Dashboard and Overtime Trends. The goal of the dashboard is to provide the end-user an illustration of spend rates and hours worked for overtime consumption (% OT by Dollars/ % OT by hours) for a specific period of time.
Description

The Overtime Dashboard will display two displays: (1) The primary visual in the center of the dashboard will display % OT by Dollars, % OT by hours, and headcount; (2) Running along the bottom of the dashboard, this visual displays Total Overtime Dollars and Total Overtime hours broken out by month and position type (FT, PT, TAR).

Overtime Trends - There are two primary visuals generated after selecting the parameters and filters. (1) The primary visual displays headcount, Percent OT by Dollars, and Percent OT by hours broken out by the last five years so that the user is able to identify trends over time. (2) The visual below, displays the same information, however, only for the current fiscal year, broken out by quarter.
