Tab 1: URMC HR Turnover - The Medical Center Staff Turnover Dashboard contains three parameters which can be set by the user to Division, Department ID, Department Family, Job Code, Job Family, Grade, Pay Grade Category, FT/PT, Time in Job, Time at UR or Union Code. The filters will update to relevant data. The dashboard has four primary views: (1) The first view located at the top of dashboard displays aggregated headcount, percent of total turnover and percent of voluntary turnover; (2) Located in the center of the dashboard is the same data as the first view but disaggregated by the user selected parameter choices; (3) The bottom left of the dashboard reports Total Turnover by Month; (4) The bottom right of the dashboard is the scatterplot Voluntary Turnover. The height of each dot represents the number of employees classified as voluntary turnover. The higher the dot the more employees who left voluntary. The position of the dot right to left represents the percent of voluntary turnover. The further the dot is to the right, the higher the percent of voluntary turnover. The dots can be used as filters. Click a dot and the data on the dashboard will filter to the parameter values the dot represents. Multiple dots can be selected by lassoing the data.
Tab 2: URMC HR Turnover Trend - The Medical Center Staff Turnover Trend has the same parameters and filters as the first tab. A parameter or filter set on one page, follows through to the second page and vice versa. The range of years can be set using Number of Years to Display under the calendar settings. The dashboard has three views - Headcount, Total Turnover, and Voluntary Turnover. Headcount displays solid, vertical bars representing total headcount. Total Turnover is a stacked bar graph representing percent of Total Turnover disaggregated by reason for separation. Voluntary Turnover displays the percent of headcount that has voluntary turned over.
