In the report prompt page, users should be able to search student by entering first name or last name or student ID to obtain student academic profile for a particular student.

This report can be run for one student at a time. This report is a 3 page report; page 1 shows student bio, demographic information and current term program of study, advisor information. Page 2 shows the academic program history of the student; page 3 shows the unofficial course transcript.
