Course Enrollment Trends by Program/Major - Cognos report
Purpose
The report provides a cross tab / pivot table view of Courses and counts of students enrolled for the courses, then listed by layers: Course College or Student College (depending on the prompt values chosen), academic level of the students, and then the listing of course subject number
Description
The user is prompted for the following information:
- Student Academic Calendar:
- Academic Year
- Year Term
- Academic Period
EITHER:
Student Academic Unit & Program of Study
- (all) Program of Study - not just the primary program
- Major
- Minor
- Instrument ( Eastman Music specific)
OR
Course
- Course College
- Course Academic Level
- Course Department
- Course Subject Number
Student Bio and Demographics
- Gender
- Ethnicity
- Citizenship Status
- URM (Underrepresented Minority)
The report generates the following columns in a cross tab layout:
- College Name
- Program of Study academic level description
- Course Subject Number
- Year Term(s)
