Course Registration List by Program/Majors - Cognos report
Purpose
The purpose of the report is to provide a multi-columnar report of students and their demographics for the courses they are registered for the term. The report running user can select prompts to provide run conditions for the report.
Description
The report provides the following output:
- a row counter
- Student ID ( which hyperlinks to a detailed profile report of the student)
- Student name
- Year Term
- College
- Academic Level
- Degree
- Major/Program
- Course Subject Number
- Credit Units
- Grading Basis Description
- Gender
- Citizenship status
- URM
The user is prompted for information to provide boundaries on the report.
