Display populations on individuals with varying vaccine statuses by Company. Additional filter criteria available to display by Group, status, company, job affiliation and/or department. Dashboard data sources are updated every 15 minutes daily.

Tab1- Stacked bar chart by company and accompanying cross tab with populations ,listed as determined by the filter criteria.
Vaccine status codes are defined by Roxann Key ( Agility system, URMC) as:
1- Vaccination Verified ( proof has been submitted and entered into Agility)
2-Vaccination not verified ( proof has not been submitted and/or entered into Agility)
3-Refused ( employee refused to get vaccine)
4- No Response - employee has not responded to online survey about their vaccine status
5 - One Dose verified - employee has submitted proof that they has gotten at least part of the vaccine regimen
6 - One dose not verified - employee has stated they have gotten that they has gotten at least part of the vaccine regimen but not submitted proof
9- Employee has been provided an exemption from getting the vaccine
