Current Budget Period Award - Summary
Purpose
This report is a summary report that lists current awards, direct, indirect and total cumulative cost and direct, indirect and total anticipated award cost for the award by Company/ division and Cost Center /department based on selected filters by users for the project period.
Description
This is a summary report so the report does not contain details such as budget dates, MOD numbers, and FAO/GRs accounts. Hence, each award contains only one record with other fields such as sponsor, project titles, Principal Investigator, Award status, etc.
The columnar report that allows users to select from filters such as:
- Project End Date
- Project Start Fiscal Year
- Project End Fiscal Year
- Division (Company)
- Department (Cost Center)
- Department Family
- Award Purpose
- Award Instrument
- Award Status
- Sponsor Type
- Direct Sponsor Name
