Faculty Roster - Name or Employee ID Search

Purpose

This report serves as a quick look-up of the official appointment history of an individual faculty member in the School of Medicine and Dentistry (SMD).

The purpose of the Faculty Roster Application, of which this report is part, is to manage the renewal process for appointments and to record current, pending, and historical faculty appointments in SMD.

Description

This report displays appointments (current and historical) of an individual faculty member. Biographical details about the faculty member are included, such as education history, hospital affiliation, and work address.

Results are displayed online or can be exported to Excel.

Data is cumulative for an employee's employment history with the University. A faculty member may have multiple simultaneous appointments, joint appointments, or appointments in multiple schools. All appointments are listed.

Data is considered current and highly accurate back to at least 1980. Coverage for faculty with appointments in SMD is comprehensive; coverage for faculty in other schools may be included if the individual has a joint appointment with SMD. Records for deceased individuals or individuals who have left the University remain in the collection.
