This report displays results matching the search criteria entered by the user. Users can select from 18 search criteria including demographics, type of appointment, tenure status, education history, hospital affiliation and dates.

Search results contain an aggregate total and a list of names matching the criteria. For each individual listed, the user can drill to details about the individual's appointment history.

Data is considered current and highly accurate back to at least 1980. Coverage for faculty with appointments in SMD is comprehensive; coverage for faculty in other schools may be included if the individual has a joint appointment with SMD. Records for deceased individuals or individuals who have left the University remain in the collection.

Data is cumulative for an individual's employment history. This includes multiple simultaneous appointments, joint appointments, or appointments in multiple schools.

This report contains public data, per the University's Data Security Classification system.
