Faculty Appointment Changes Audit Report
Purpose
This report identifies changes to faculty appointment data during a set timeframe. Its purpose is to allow users to view changes and audit the data. An example of how this report can be used is to review changes to ensure correct entry of approved personnel actions (Provost and BOT).
Description
Users can filter on the following:
- Division
- Academic Unit
- Appointment Start Date
- Appointment (expected) End Date
- Tenure Date
- Job Code
- Job Family
- Appointment Sequence
- Appointment End Dates that have NULL values
- Tenure Status
- Recent Activity Status
- If the record is current or not current
- Name
- Reappointment Notice Deadline
- Faculty ID
- Last updated date range
