New tools to help implement supplier diversity in your department
The University has access to a wide range of suppliers from different backgrounds. By promoting equal opportunities, supplier diversity leads to fresh ideas, unique perspectives, and improved products and services. To help departments explore the possibilities, the University’s Supplier Diversity Program offers training through MyPath; search under the “P2P: Buying & Paying Guide Overview.” It also launched a new Supplier Diversity newsletter. These tools provide information on supplier diversity and highlight resources that can help you develop and promote the use of diverse suppliers in your department. If you would like more information on best practices or have questions about these tools, email the Supplier Diversity team.
