Apply for phase 2 transdisciplinary research centers and institutes funding
Last year, as part of the Boundless Possibility strategic plan, the University invited applications for a new transdisciplinary funding initiative for one-year planning grants to allow colleagues to develop proposals that could lead to new centers and institutes. Phase two of this initiative is now in effect for fully developed and refined proposals for five years of funding to formally establish new and innovative transdisciplinary research centers or institutes at the University.
Explore the RFP details for more information and required forms. Receiving funding in the planning grant phase is not a prerequisite for submitting a full phase two letter of intent and application. Letters of intent are due by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, February 3. Full proposals are due by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, March 16. Contact the Office of the Vice President for Research with questions.
