Key into Public Service Scholarship information session
The Fellowships Office and Phi Beta Kappa invite undergraduates to an informative session on the Key into Public Service Scholarship. The opportunity is designed for sophomores and juniors who have a strong commitment to public service and maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Join the session on Wednesday, December 4, from 5 to 6 p.m. in Douglass Commons, Room 401. Isabella Rocha, a senior majoring in political science and economics and a recent recipient of the scholarship, will share her insights on the benefits it offers and strategies for a successful application. Refreshments will be served.
Writing retreat for graduate students
The Graduate Writing Project is hosting an in-person writing retreat December 10–12 from noon to 4 p.m. daily. Retreats are designed for graduate students in the School of Arts & Sciences and the Hajim School of Engineering & Applied Sciences working on graduate-level writing such as dissertations, theses, proposals, and publications. The structured writing experience offers guidance, accountability, and community as well as the option to work one-on-one with a writing consultant. LGBTQ nail-painting party and study break
The Paul J. Burgett Intercultural Center is hosting an LGBTQ nail-painting party on Thursday, December 12, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Take a break from studying, build queer community and joy, enjoy some food, and paint your nails. All LGBTQ students are welcome. Food and supplies will be provided. RSVP by Tuesday, December 10. This event is cosponsored by the Protestant Chapel Community.

Attend a performance of the International Theatre Program’s production of Tom Stoppard’s Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, a modern classic about two minor characters in Shakespeare’s Hamlet. Baby Love program helps families in need
Help hardworking and under-resourced parents this holiday season by providing them with gift cards so they can shop for toys, activities, books, and other gifts on their own, while still affording household essentials such as diapers, cleaning supplies, and groceries for wholesome family meals during the holidays. All gift cards must be received by noon on Friday, December 6.
