Drop-in counseling groups regarding the California wildfires

Students do not need to be in the Rochester area to attend a drop-in space (unlike UCC’s therapy services). The next drop-in space takes place on Friday, January 24, from 3 to 4 p.m. via Zoom.
For students who prefer individualized support, UCC has same-day appointments available for urgent needs; after-hours on-call and in-person support, both accessed by calling (585) 275-3113; and on-demand support 24/7 through TELUS for which students have free access by downloading the app to their phone.
