URochester staff are encouraged to volunteer for this year’s Commencement Weekend celebrations. The Commencement ceremony will take place in Fauver Stadium at the Brian F. Prince Athletic Complex on Friday, May 15, at 8:45 a.m. In addition, volunteers are also needed on Saturday, May 16, to support department ceremonies across campus. Staff should consult with their supervisor to ensure appropriate coverage within their office.

On Sunday, April 12, the Eastman School of Music will present its 11th annual Holocaust remembrance concert at 7:30 p.m. in Kilbourn Hall. The program features music written by composers who perished in or survived the concentration and work camps of World War II, as well as music written in tribute to those who died. From April 8 to April 12, world-ranked professional squash players will join several top local players for the PSA Challenger tournament at the University’s Lyman Squash Courts.
