For faculty and staff

Celebrate Global Accessibility Awareness Day

In recognition of the 15th annual Global Accessibility Awareness Day on Thursday, May 21, the digital accessibility team in University Marketing and Communications invites all faculty and staff to participate in the Digital Accessibility Awareness Survey. Your feedback will help increase awareness of accessibility best practices across the University and identify opportunities for future training, resources, and support.

Faculty and staff are also encouraged to celebrate by joining a free two-hour live accessibility training event offered through our digital accessibility partner, Deque, or by exploring the free “Digital Accessibility for Content Creators” course available in MyPath. These opportunities are designed to help faculty and staff better understand digital accessibility and learn practical ways to create more accessible digital content and experiences.
