The Mindful University Project offers a variety of mindfulness programs on campus, from 4-week mindfulness classes, drop-in mindfulness sessions, silent meditation retreats, and yoga classes. 

GAC Membership for Part-Time Students

Learn more and apply for a free GAC membership for part-time students wishing to enjoy our daily yoga classes! If you are a full-time student, you already have access to the GAC for free and do not need to apply for this.

Free GAC Membership for Part-Time Students to Enjoy Daily Yoga Classes

The Mindful University Project is offering part-time students the opportunity to apply for a free membership to the Goergen Athletic Center, allowing access to our daily yoga classes at no cost. We aim to remove financial barriers and encourage all students to engage in mindful movement practices that promote well-being, reduce stress, and enhance overall health. We have closed applications for the semester, but sign up for our newsletter to get information when our applications open for the Fall semester!
