Feeling lost when it comes to healthcare benefits? |
If terms like deductible, copay, or HSA leave you confused, you’re not alone. Join the Office of Total Rewards for a webinar on Wednesday, June 17, that breaks down the basics of the University’s health and dental benefits. The session walks through the plan options, explains key terms, and shows how spending accounts like FSAs and HSAs work. Whether you’re enrolling for the first time or need a refresher, this session is for you. No question is too basic.

Harley-Davidson anti-DEI campaign revs up over new ‘woke’ allegations |
USA Today, June 3
“These new attacks are further evidence that firms that try to placate activists on the left or the right without having a clear vision for their brand are doomed to become perennial targets,” says David Primo, the Ani and Mark Gabrellian Professor and a professor of political science and business administration. “We saw it with Target from the left, and now we’re seeing it with Harley-Davidson from the right.”

Hailey Statt, Parking Service Representative |
Each week, we spotlight a faculty or staff member who has been recognized as a UR Star. Hailey Statt, a parking service representative, was recognized for demonstrating excellence.
“Hailey has once again been our top valet performer, consistently demonstrating dedication to providing our patrons with the best customer experience possible. Many of our patrons are visiting for reasons they would rather not be here, and they understandably want to leave as quickly and smoothly as they can. Over the past few months, Hailey’s performance numbers have been the strongest, directly contributing to shorter wait times and a reduction in added stress for our patrons. This greatly improves their overall experience and helps make a difficult visit more tolerable. Nice job, Hailey, keep up the great work!”
