Final Reminder: Course Evaluations

In an effort to maximize the opportunity for all students to participate in course evaluations, the deadline for completion has been extended to midnight on December 24.

Rented Textbooks Due Back by December 21

Fall textbook rentals are due back to the Barnes & Noble in College Town on or before Friday, December 21. Contact the bookstore textbook department with any rental-related questions, (585) 275-4012, option 2.  Bookstore hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Details on Winter Stay

The residence halls close for the semester at 9 a.m. on Saturday, December 22. Students planning to stay over the break must register through the ResLife website by Monday, December 17. Spring housing opens on Saturday, January 12, for returning and students changing rooms and Sunday, January 13, for students newly checking into campus housing for the spring semester (including transfer, returning from study abroad, returning from inactive status). Early arrival is not offered, so plan accordingly.

Dining Services: The last day to use your unlimited meals, pass plans or guest meals is Friday, December 21.  Declining funds will remain active during winter break. Unlimited meals, pass plans and guest meals will resume at the start of the spring semester Friday, January 11. Check the dining website for updated hours during Finals Week and Winter Stay.
