Spring course registration opens November 11

Registration for spring 2025 courses opens on Monday, November 11. To prevent delays on that day, check for any holds that may prevent registration, including but not limited to onboarding, advising, Title IX training, UHS requirements, primary writing, and past-due balances. To check for holds, follow the steps below:

  • Log in to UR Student and click on Academics.
  • On the left side of the screen, you will find Holds. If you have any, click the number and check them out.
  • Each hold will tell you what steps to take to resolve the hold and who to contact if you have any questions.

Note: for the Class of 2028, the registration time on November 14 has been changed to noon (previously 9:30 a.m.). Refer to the registration schedule for more details.

November 11 is the fall course withdrawal deadline

Monday, November 11, is the final day to withdraw with a “W” grade from a fall 2024 course. More information about course withdrawals can be found in the Dropping Courses section of the Academic Policies and Advising Handbook. Contact your college advisor with questions about this deadline.
