Next stop will be Angel’s Envy’s new distillery on Main
Street in Louisville. Here guests will see the bourbon
production process in full, from beginning to barrel to
finished spirit. The tour ends in the Finishing Room,
with an in-depth, three-part bourbon tasting. Guests will
then make a stop at the distillery bar for a handcrafted
Angel’s Envy cocktail. As special guests, they will each
receive an Angel’s Envy gift bag. Angel’s Envy Distillery
also will provide the five Bourbon Experiencers fine
hotel accommodations in Louisville for the night.
The next morning, the destination will be the Buffalo Game Bird Hunt and Dinner

Lot is to be sold to a single bidder. Game bird hunt and
dinner are to be scheduled for a mutually convenient date
during hunting season (autumn and early winter). Each
hunter must have a New York State hunting license and—
if ducks are in season—a federal migratory bird hunting
stamp (i.e., “federal duck stamp”).
