Next August, the historic Saratoga Race Course beckons with a weekend of thrilling thoroughbred racing, culminating with the 147th running of the Alabama Stakes, arguably the ultimate test for three-year-old fillies. Be there for all the excitement with this VIP package for four with front row seats—literally—to all the action.
The group will enjoy a two-night stay at the DelMonte Hotel Group’s new luxury hotel in Saratoga Springs, an ideal home base for enjoying the city’s fine shopping, entertainment, dining and nightlife.
They will be joined by Jeff Hefke, their host for the weekend, for a quick trip to the Saratoga Race Course to experience Friday’s races. Preferred parking will be provided throughout the weekend, along with VIP entrance access on Friday and Saturday. Reserved ground-level seating, protected from the weather and with a clear view of the finish pole, will be theirs for Friday’s race card.
On Saturday, when the Alabama Stakes—among thoroughbred racing’s premier events—will be run, the group will be Jeff Hefke’s VIP guests at the luxurious Clubhouse, situated high above the race course. Here, in the Governor’s Box, they will enjoy full views of the track and the finish line, private table service (food and drinks included) and a concierge betting advisor. Alabama Stakes race day at the Clubhouse is a premier Saratoga Springs social event, and elegant attire is required—suit or sport coat, slacks, and collared shirt (tie optional) for men, and dresses, skirts, or tailored slacks for women.
During the group’s days at Saratoga Race Course, Jeff will arrange exclusive opportunities to meet two of the thoroughbred breeders whose horses are racing. The four guests will also enjoy VIP paddock access on both Friday and Saturday, with the opportunity to join the owners and trainers in the paddock for one race each day and experience the excitement of race day from an insider’s perspective. Should one of the horses they meet win, the group will have the rare opportunity to accompany the breeder to the Winner’s Circle to celebrate.
Jeff will also guide the group to two of the best Saratoga Springs restaurants for dinners during this stay. Expect VIP tables, personalized service and accommodation—if needed—for dietary restrictions.
Alabama Stakes VIP Weekend for four guests is scheduled for Friday, August 20, 2027 through Sunday, August 22, 2027. Transportation to and from Saratoga Springs is not included.
