Join Dr. Kenneth Ouriel and his wife Joy at their home on western shore of Canandaigua Lake for an evening of wine and food as spectacular as the view. Chef Kristin Kloch of Root Catering will prepare an elegant menu, with each course paired with one or more superb California wines. Join Chef Kloch in the kitchen before dinner for preparations tips and tricks, or simply enjoy a glass of wine and take in the scenery. As a bonus, everyone will go home with all the recipes!
