Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, the new Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa offers an elegant retreat surrounded by the beauty of the region. Timeless design, beautifully appointed accommodations, and thoughtful amenities create an idyllic setting for your getaway. Arrive at noon for early check-in, giving you time to settle in and enjoy the resort before the afternoon’s festivities begin.

The spa will close to the public exclusively for the Grand Tequila Getaway guests—a rare opportunity to enjoy the entire spa in complete privacy. The group will have exclusive access to the wellness lounge, plunge pools, hot tub, and saunas. Each guest will enjoy an 80-minute treatment of their choosing, from scrubs and wraps to massages and facials. Light bites and Champagne will be provided.

Clase Azul Tequila takes center stage for an extraordinary evening of tequila, culinary artistry, and Mexican craftsmanship. After a cocktail hour featuring a unique Clase Azul cocktail and hors d’oeuvres, guests will be invited into the kitchen for an incredible, five-course chef’s table experience at Fields Restaurant.

The chef and Clase Azul team will collaborate on an inspired menu, with each course thoughtfully paired with a different limited-edition Clase Azul Tequila. More than exceptional spirits, each expression is a work of art, reflecting the craftsmanship, artistry, and rich cultural traditions of Mexico.

Guiding guests throughout the evening, a Clase Azul Tequila Ambassador will share the story behind each expression, from its creation and craftsmanship to the traditions and culture that make these tequilas so distinctive. The experience will culminate with one of Clase Azul’s most coveted and highly allocated tequilas, personally selected by the Ambassador for guests to savor—a fitting finale to an unforgettable evening.

The following morning, ease into the day with a leisurely sit-down breakfast at Fields Restaurant. Take your time, savor a delicious meal, and enjoy one final moment of relaxation before heading home. Breakfast is included as part of the Grand Tequila Getaway.

The Grand Tequila Getaway is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, October 15 and 16, 2027. Seats will be sold per couple at $10,000. The Getaway is limited to 15 couples.
