After 15 years of planning and preparation, Nova and Brian Cadamatre fulfilled their dream and established a vineyard at the Finger Lakes and a tasting room in Geneva, NY: Trestle Thirty One. Their winemaking philosophy is simple; keep production small and focused while honoring the land – with the Finger Lakes front and center – and the vintage.

Experience Trestle Thirty One with wines to take home and a special tasting at its Tasting Lounge. The lot begins with a collection of six bottles, several of them made in miniscule quantities. Included is a bottle each of 2018 Trestle Thirty One Finger Lakes Chardonnay, 2019 Trestle Thirty One Finger Lakes Riesling, 2021 Trestle Thirty One Finger Lakes Chardonnay, 2021 Trestle Thirty One Finger Lakes Cabernet Franc, 2024 Trestle Thirty One Finger Lakes Pinot Noir (the debut vintage) and 2022 Trestle Thirty One Finger Lakes Riesling. Then enjoy a private tasting for six at the Trestle Thirty One Tasting Lounge in Geneva, personally hosted by Winemaker and Master of Wine Nova Cadamatre.

Private Tasting is to be scheduled for a date of mutual convenience and is subject to blackout dates based on Nova Cadamatre’s schedule. Tasting certificate is valid until December 31, 2035.
