Gather your friends and head to Ravine Wine Cellars in the Finger Lakes for fabulous fun. Guests will be greeted with a glass of méthode champenoise sparkling wine and an amuse-bouche as they gather in Ravines’ historic Tasting Barn overlooking the vineyards. A tasting room sommelier will lead guests on a tour of the sparkling cellar, where sparklers are made using the same techniques as Champagne, then on to the Barrel Room for a sit-down tasting of Ravine wines, including vintages currently aging in casks. Each guest will be served a farmer’s board featuring local farmstead cheese, charcuterie, freshly baked bread and delectable accoutrements to pair with these wines. Dessert includes Ambersand, Ravine’s Port-inspired wine and bittersweet chocolate truffles from Hedonist Artisan Chocolates. Each guest leaves with a complimentary bottle of our 2022, Estate Dry Riesling Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of the World.

Fabulous Fun at Ravines Wine Cellars for ten is to be scheduled in advance for a mutually convenient date. Tasting certificate expires on December 1, 2027.
