Executive Chef Tony Gullace will create an extraordinary dinner for ten in collaboration with the winning bidder. Together they will choose a theme and create a menu for this special evening, featuring five to seven exquisite courses. Chef Gullace will also collaborate with the winning bidder to select libations to pair with each course, ranging from curated cocktails and wine (Max at Eastman Place features an award-winning wine list) to more exotic dinner pours like beer and spirits. The location for this grand feast will be the tasteful Private Dining Room or the intimate Lounge at Max at Eastman Place. Max Rochester’s professional wait staff assures attention to every detail throughout this sumptuous dining experience.

Max Rochester Dinner Extraordinaire is to be scheduled for a date mutually agreeable to the winning bidder and the donor and is to be booked at least 90 days in advance to ensure availability. Certificate for this dinner expires December 31, 2027.
