Daley receives University Research Award
University of Rochester Research Awards
Mike Daley, the Executive Director of the Center for Professional Development and Education Reform at the Warner School of Education, is a recipient of this year’s University Research Awards for the project “Level Up Your Toolkit: Introducing Machine Learning into Secondary School Education,” which he co-leads with Zhen Bai from the Department of Computer Science in the Hajim School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The annual awards provide seed money on a competitive basis for innovative research projects that, when sufficiently developed, are likely to attract external support.
